Busy pediatric practice seeking a pleasant, reliable, and professional candidate for a full time position. Duties would include but not limited to: patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone (multi line), referrals and general office duties required to successfully meet the needs of our patients. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Please send your professional cover letter and resume.

Medical office experience preferred.

Must be flexible - Approximately 30 to 35 hours per week including:

2-3 Saturdays per month 8AM-12PM

1-2 evenings per week 12 noon to 8PM

Familiarity with computers a MUST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

The office is compliant with all of the CDC requirements for maintaining a safe office environment and does both onsite as well as telehealth visits. Plastic shields have been installed at work stations and screening is done (including temps) at entry.
