Plumsted Animal Hospital is located within the picturesque community of Cream Ridge, NJ. Our thriving practice is well-established with a dedicated clientele. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals and we see our clients and patients as extended family, this is why we are a growing word-of-mouth hospital.
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, dependable, professional to join our team as a full-time Client Service Representative. Candidates must be passionate about exceeding clients expectations and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
SOME DAILY TASKS:
Excellent customer service
Greeting and checking in clients
Answering a three-line phone system
Accurately relaying messages between clients, doctors, and technicians
Scheduling appointments and surgeries
Invoicing using multiple credit terminals
