Understand and utilize all features of software related to scheduling caregivers.

Identify and correct gaps in schedules

Contact caregivers that have not clocked in for shifts to verify every clients schedule is followed according to plan of care.

Communicate with Clients/Caregiver any changes in schedule in professional timely matter

Set up schedules for new clients and caregivers

Communicate changes in schedules/caregivers/clients to Supervisor

Bilingual Spanish English Preferred

Home Care Office Experience is a MUST

Computer Literacy

Valid Driver's License
