We are looking for a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our team and assist with administrative duties in our office. The ideal candidate will have a background in basic office management and will be comfortable performing many different tasks while wearing multiple hats. We are looking for an individual who is capable of managing multiple projects, as well as responsible enough to never lose our CEO's dry cleaning.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of operations and maintenance personnel.
Know the location of all major building systems and be able to turn them off in an emergency.
Monitor the status of servers, computer operations, and directory services.
Maintain a working knowledge of building policies and procedures.
Arrange for the pickup and delivery of office supplies.
Keep a detailed inventory of all office supplies, which must be completed daily.
Assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
