We are a dumpster rental company located in Old Bridge, NJ servicing customers throughout the state of New Jersey. We are seeking a well rounded organized individual with customer service experience. This person must be proactive rather than reactive and extremely detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously, excellent communication skills, and candidate's will be expected to learn how to rent dumpsters.

Job Duties:

Responding promptly to customer inquires, answering phones and emails, acknowledging and resolving customer's concerns, credit card processing, daily data entry, knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer various questions, processing orders, communicating and coordinating with colleagues, and must be computer literate.

Punctual attendance is a requirement. The job is 5.5 days per week, 10-Hrs Mon-Fri. Saturday is a requirement and is a partial(half) day up until about 1pm. This job does pay overtime(Time and half).
