This position will support the VP of Commercialization within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) as well as other key needs in support of the SS&P Senior Leadership Teams within Strategy and Business Excellence. This position will also have the potential to support select team members within these groups.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Coordinating calendars and meetings of supported Executives and teams (where applicable), including supporting prioritization of meetings and enabling VP to maximize productivity.
Facilitating travel and Time and Expense activities via Concur. Organizing team events- quarterly connections, days of caring, birthday/ work anniversaries including room reservations, catering, and audio/visual requirements.
Facilitating organization of team meetings, town halls, LTs, etc. with scheduling rooms, requesting topics in collaboration with the leader, collating content, ensuring review, presenting in room and via MS Teams, taking notes and following up.
Coordinating site visits and agenda preparation. Independently organizing multiple processes, procedures, or programs in support of business needs.
Creating/leveraging template for simple communications and sends to org. Prioritizing activities and acting based on an understanding of leadership dynamics, department needs, and BMS business strategy.
Effectively executing BMS people processes and reporting, with use of various systems such as Workday.
Supporting other SS&P Leaders when their Executive Associates are unavailable & actively coordinating with other SS&P and GBO Executive Associates.
Updating organization chart monthly. Managing the MS Teams site for general team and LT including posting content, ensure user access, posting general announcements, etc.
Processing contracts and SOWs through iCertis, SAP and Buy@BMS


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma; BS degree is preferred
Track record of success supporting executives, in delivering results within a fast-paced, complex, highly evolving team within a large global organization.
Ability to support leaders who are in multiple BMS locations & can navigate matrix organizations to help the team achieve objectives.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills & be well organized and able to establish office systems and processes.
Must have ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize competing demands and requests by taking initiative to adjust or change priorities and must be able to work independently.
Microsoft Office Skills Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite tools & programs
BMS systems and software Strong understanding of Concur, SAP, myBMS, Workday, Bravo, and SharePoint.
