We are currently seeking a detail oriented and hardworking Data Entry Associate for a full-time position to input our purchases, sales, expenses and payments, and as well as helping process sales orders, customer service and purchasing.
This position will be responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices and tracking inventory. There will be customer service responsibilities including entering and processing sales orders and responding to customer inquiries as well as purchasing responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds a college degree and is familiar with accounting software. Responsibilities include accurately recording all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
Entering customer invoices on a daily basis
Processing customer payments
Contacting customers for overdue payments
Track and monitor inventory transactions, and investigate/resolve issues within the system if applicable
Entering vendor invoices and processing vendor payables
Provide customer service support including processing sales orders and responding to customer inquiries
Assist in creating supplier purchase orders and following up with vendors
Charging monthly expenses to accounts
Maintaining historical records by filing documents
Updating customer and vendor records
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak in English fluently.
Strong dependability and follow through
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
