Well established, boutique accounting/consulting firm in Upper Saddle River, NJ is seeking an organized, dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for clients and visitors. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills with pleasant and professional phone manners. Candidate will preferably have computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks.Candidate’s responsibilities will include answering multi-line phones, greeting clients, preparing, organizing, and maintaining digital files. Additional responsibilites include document scanning, data entry, document filing, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and general office support.There will be considerable client interaction with existing and prospective clients. Prior accounting firm experience is a plus but not required.Great opportunity for growth and learning. Great team working environment.
