Center for Performance Mastery in Philadelphia, PA is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes, as needed
Write and distribute email and correspondence
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain computer or manual filing systems
Establish and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain and updates contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Prepare and monitor invoices
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as office assistant


Reporting skills
Good written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
