About The Position?Seasonal World is looking for Construction Coordinators / Administrative Assistants to join our winning team. This position is located within Seasonal Worlds construction department whose main focus is the building of residential inground swimming pools. Position will assist in the internal management of the various projects from design phase until the project is completed. Position will require continued communication with vendors, subcontractors and townships via phone and email both on a scheduled basis and an on demand basis.
This primary focus of this position is to work with Seasonal Worlds field operation teams, our preferred vendor network, suppliers and townships to coordinate all of the Transportation and Logistics that are associated building a swimming pool. This includes creating and issuing of works orders, sending various set of documents to clients for review and approval, obtaining quotes from vendors and suppliers and issuing purchase orders all as it relates to individual client projects. In addition, the Construction Coordinators / Administrative Assistants will provide insight on the progression of work and supply answers to questions as it relates to the clients individual project, while addressing and seeking solutions to project concerns as they arise.
The ideal person for this position should exhibit strong customer service skills and be highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic with a sharp mind who works well under pressure, plays nice with others and can thrive in an atmosphere of rapid development. What Are We Looking For In Construction Coordinators / Project Managers ?
Previous customer service experience
Previous internal construction management experience
Ability to be adaptive, versatile and have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, take directions well, and able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload for maximum productivity.
Be able to multi-task.
Ability to learn tasks quickly and efficiently.
