In this role, the Sales Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Sr. VP of Distributor Sales and Marketing to drive distributor revenue and meet or exceed the annual sales budget.
The Sales Administrative Assistant will report to the Sr. VP, Distributor Sales & Marketing. Youll join our Distributor Sales & Marketing department and collaborate with the sales support team.
You will support operations among the distributor sales department and assist the sales team exceed their annual sales budget. We are looking for a self-starter, with an eye for detail and the ability to organize and prioritize their workload.
The salary range for this position is $45,0000.00 - $50,000.00.
Responsibilities:

Maintains an organized and structured schedule for the Sr. Vice President.
Preparing information needed for meetings and keeping the Sr. VP regularly updated.
Managing calendars, emails, and voicemails and handling inquires as needed.
Managing travel, hotel and transportation arrangements and setting up registrations for conferences, training, tradeshows, etc.
Providing operational support to the sales team.
Providing guidance, instructions, and directives to the team, to adhere to deadlines and adjust workflow as needed.
Supports the administrative team with order processing and lead distribution, as needed.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative support position required.
Prior experience in customer service preferred.
Excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prior experience using billing software and/or PERSONIFY.

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite on Wednesdays.
