Job Description

Maintain excellent customer relationships by communicating with the customer concerning their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, with accuracy and professionalism.
Work with sister companies and internal technical personnel to define solutions; generate estimates and proposals for submittal and discussion with customers. Continually follow up with customers and technical groups informing them of status of proposals and to clarify additional details that may be required.
Assist in setting up new projects in terms of invoicing, purchase order generation and scheduling the resources that will be required for the support projects.
Generate & process service support orders, proposals and estimates while remaining flexible to shifting priorities.
Generate and manage purchase orders to vendors; coordination of invoices.

Review estimated versus actual for projects, including reviewing and reconciling time sheets and expense reports for field technicians

Assist with project management activities directly related to Customer Support projects
Assist in the proposal generation of system enhancements and modifications.
May be assigned to special projects or required to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills and Abilities

Five (5) years of technical Customer support and Administrative experience.
Excellent time management /organizational skills.
High degree of accuracy, attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication
Technical aptitude; familiarity and experience with Industrial Equipment
Previous project coordination experience a plus
Advanced computer skills; including proficiency in the most recent version of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
ERP experience is a plus.
Periodically required to work extended hours, as needed.
