Schedule: 8a-2:30p - 4 days per week
PURPOSE OF JOB: Support internal employees Occupational Health department and community business clients through Workplace Wellness Solutions programs and services. Responsible for facilitation of scheduling, paperwork, billing concerns, follow ups and placement of customized program for businesses employees and or needs.
-Supports Occupational Health for Doylestown Health employees and corporate business clients through Occupational Health Services for employees.
-Performs Administrative Duties related to business client needs.
-Manages Service Communication with employees and business clients.
-Performs billing for two site locations for Workplace Wellness Solutions Services to meet servicing needs as defined in contract for business clients through Eclinical Works.
-Supports Director of Strategic Initiatives & Occupational Health Program Coordinator in building new clients.
-Participates in outreach initiatives as directed for Corporate and Community Outreach.
Education: HS diploma required, college degree preferred. Completion of medical assistant training or nursing training preferred.
Experience: 2 years office/Clerical and Administrative experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.

-Requires scheduling flexibility (evenings and weekends)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
