County Business Systems is looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator to assist and support our Furniture Sales & Design, and Imaging Departments. Provide prompt telephone attention to customers, work closely with regional reps and manufacturers and schedule and coordinate furniture deliveries and installations.
Responsibilities:

Performs reception duties such as answering and routing telephone calls
Provide Clerical and Administrative/admin support, including new order entries, punch orders and warranty requests, viewing acknowledgements for accuracy, and calculate dealer commissions
Prepare labor quote request packages
Track orders pending delivery to on-site and off-site warehouses
Prepare shipments for UPS
Coordinate direct-to-site deliveries with end users, manufacturers and carriers for large projects
Schedule installations and coordinate in-house and subcontractor labor
Contact vendors and resolve discrepancies in quantities/price and/or damage claims
Work closely with furniture manufacturers, regional reps and customers while providing support to design, sales and installation teams through in-person, email and phone correspondence

Qualifications:

High School diploma (or equivalent) is required. An Associates or Bachelor Degree is preferred but not required.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an office environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Public relations skills and the ability to empathize with internal and external customers
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to prepare a variety of accurate reports supporting billings and other administrative matters
Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain demands and challenges
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet weekly deadlines
Knowledgeable in the operation of all office equipment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and E-Automate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
