We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling all office tasks with a positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful in this administrative assistant role, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. This position requires strong Excel experience, creating daily reports and using the Math functions in Excel. You must have strong, prior experience with Excel to be considered.


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:


Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and reordering supplies.
Answering emails
Vendor relationships
Emailing vendors for pricing & delivery times
Attending meetings via Teams
Creating & updating reports
Creating purchase orders
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Use of computers Strong Excel Experience
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and Teams.
