Here is what you can expect in your role also known as responsibilities:

Assist Installation Managers with scheduling the installations by contacting customers and installers and by pre-scheduling with sales personnel
Call customers the day before a scheduled installation to confirm the installation, review our COD policy, and review any other preparations that the customer will need to complete before the installation
Call customers to collect unpaid CODs
Review subcontractor invoices, reconcile with purchase orders and forward to the accounting department for payment
Assemble job sheets and enter orders as necessary
Post payments and process credit card payments received by the installation department. Reconcile cash/credit card receipts and forward reconciliation paperwork to the accounting department daily
Check for and assign stock for installations when necessary
Maintain an organized filing system of open and closed installation orders
Prepares deposit slips and makes bank deposits
Answering phones and directing to appropriate party
Researches availability of special order material
Orders office supplies and maintains office equipment
Process and track travel expense reimbursements for ceramic estimators/managers
Invoices jobs and mails invoices as required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated customer service experience

Patience and grace in managing difficult or emotional customer situations
The ability to stay positive and calm in a fast-paced environment

The ability to work a 5-day week Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
