Possible Temp to Hire Opportunity!!
Our client, a large and reputable automotive parts company located in the Jamesburg/Cranbury area, has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting long term temporary opportunity to work for one of our premier clients with the possibility of being hired!
The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include:
Answering phone and routing to proper personnel
General data entry and filing
Processing Invoices
Ordering office and warehouse supplies
Other Admin duties as assigned
Qualifications to be considered for the Administrative Assistant:
Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in an Administrative role
Excellent communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
Strong filing & organizational skills
This is a Monday Friday position, hours are 9:30am - 6pm. Payrate is $20/hr. Please send resume for immediate consideration!
