As a Human Resources Assistant, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:

Coordinate new hire process
Welcome all new hires to orientation while providing excellent customer service
Assist new employee's during the orientation process, including training on new hire paperwork
Prepare new hire packets for orientation
Prepare new hire packets for payroll
Keep up to date on agency and funding course requirements and assist in ensuring compliance
Track outstanding new hire paperwork
Schedule employees for training
Assist with onboarding new hires by coordinating offers of employment, communicating with management and meeting new hires to collect required items

Qualifications:

High School diploma required, Bachelor s degree in HR preferred;
Human Resources or Clerical and Administrative experience;
Experience and/or knowledge of Ultipro or Relias LMS a plus.
Valid Driver's License required
