As a Recruiter, you will use your skills and knowledge to attract and retain quality officers. This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. You will help with various tasks with a primary focus on finding, interviewing and hiring security officers.
You must be a self-starter who is able to think outside the box.
A high volume of daily calls and documentation is required as The Recruiter will work in conjunction with management to ensure all positions are filled, and our clients are happy.
Some responsibilities include:
Recruiting - Phone screens, interviewing, job offers
Maintaining personnel files
Assists with new hire training and orientation.
Participates in job fairs
Various HR/Administrative duties
START DATE: Must be able to start right away.
As stated above, position requires the person to workday hours, possibly weekends.
EXPERIENCE : Recruiter 2+ yrs, we prefer someone with prior security experience or related field. Most importantly, we want a smart, reliable, hard-working individual who seeks a challenging career in service-based Management, likes the idea of wearing various hats with an emphasis on Recruiting and understands the importance of hiring quality people.
