We are a growing e-commerce business based out of Trenton New Jersey and are looking to add to our team. Twin River Group is currently seeking an administrative assistant. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, self- driven, and reliable. To help us deliver on our promise to customers. We rely on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people.
This skilled multitasker will provide support to our existing team with day-to-day operations. The ideal assistant is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big PLUS!

Qualifications:
Great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have friendly people skills
Multitasking
Ability to learn fast
Highly organized and pays close attention to detail
2-3 years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent (some College degree preferable)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Knowledge of appropriate software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Quick Books is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
Willingness to go above and beyond, and work as a part of the team
Basic Finance - Quick Books, AP, AR
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, data entry, etc
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Create payment schedules
Create plan of upcoming operations
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
Provide information by answering questions and requests
