Applicant must have bookkeeping/administrative experience in the construction field.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Employee payroll(Quickbooks Online) & union benefits, including weekly 401K and monthly union remittances.
Accounts receivable & payable, including payment requisitions to owners, invoicing, tracking debits, monthly banking reconciliations.
Subcontractor contracts, insurances, change orders, and billing.
Oversee the smooth operations of all general office/administrative functions.
Experience with bookkeeping in the construction industry.
Experience with payroll processing.
Proficient use of Office products.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a sometimes fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
