Hello,
We're creating a position and pending on your skill set it could be either full time or part time. This is is a position that will evolve as time goes on and you become more comfortable with our operation.
We have a director of operations and we need someone to assist her. Short term we need help with bookkeeping, communicating with clients, and general landscape operations.
Being proficient in Quickbooks is a must and speaking spanish would be ideal
If youre good with people well push you towards sales, if youre good with plants well push you towards growing plants or design. We have a lot of opportunities and currently collecting talented people to continue to grow our operations.
This position would start in the office and if youre able to proficiently work at home this could turn into a 60% in the field and 40% at home position long term. Currently its 100% in the office/field.
Were a seasonal business. That being said during the winter your days should be pretty easy and during the spring and fall you would be required to sometimes work Saturdays. Were super flexible with scheduling though and can make the schedule work for anyone that get their responsibilities done.
Job Description (this will evolve)

Bookkeeping: Sending invoices, entering work hours, communicating with team leaders, communicating with clients, very detail oriented and proficient with QuickBooks.
Obtain work permits, work with township municipalities:
Review daily schedule, enter in billable hours, collect receipts, take before and after photos.
Pick up material, drop off tools, water plants, plant flowers
Focus on safety and monitor safety records
Order plants and other material + schedule deliveries
Communication with our CPA
Researching potential investment properties
Researching potential landscape contracts
Work with townships to obtain work permits
Contacting customers for payment
Any office task needed: (phone calls, emails, mass mailings, pick up office supplies, pay bills, and handle certifications.)
Bonus skills: plant knowledge, landscapes designs, estimating

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
