Job Description/Responsibilities:
Utilizing a variety of computer programs, including customer and banking portals, some of the responsibilities of this position include:

Accounts Receivable - order processing, customer payments, deposits and collections
Accounts Payable prepare purchase orders, process vendor invoices and payments
Set up & maintain new customers, vendors and items data
Weekly review/tracking of open orders
Inventory - process adjustments, tracking incoming parts purchasing orders
Administrative/receptionist greet customers, answer phones, maintain office supplies, light filing & maintain important records, and other duties

Qualifications/Required Skills:
Must be proficient in and understand accounting concepts along with having working knowledge of accounting software. Experience in ERP software Distribution One a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet search functions a must. Superior administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
