?MaGrann Associates is an innovative leader in energy efficiency engineering and green building consulting. We are headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ with offices in Washington DC, New York City and Connecticut and operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region.
?The Business Development team is responsible for growing MaGrann Associates business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with clients and initiating, responding to and closing new contract sales across our portfolio of services.
Our BD administrative assistants are responsible for entering, tracking and reporting sales activities, supporting proposal and contract development, moving proposals and contracts through internal review and approval processes, and supporting client communications as needed.
May also include support and coordination for marketing activities such as conference participation, trainings, newsletter development and email distribution.
The ideal candidate should have strong data processing, computer and communication skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), be capable of working independently on multiple assignments, and have an interest in the companys mission to support sustainable housing.
Skills or familiarity with graphic design, web and social media marketing platforms a plus.
Principal Duties
?Support administrative functions of the Business Development team:

Enter and update data records and statuses related to sales activity in the companys enterprise management system (Deltek Vision)
Support the preparation of proposals and contracts in collaboration with Client Relations Managers (CRMs)
Support internal process flows for review and approval of proposals and contracts
Support related CRM client communications
Participate in team meetings as required

May include marketing coordination support for:

Scheduling, tracking and logistics for BD teams role in on-line trainings, conferences, trade shows and other in-person events
Creation and distribution of newsletters, emails, Constant Contact and other marketing communications

Hourly/non-exempt position with typical hours 9:00am 5:00pm
Office based in Mount Laurel, NJ with flexibility for work from home by arrangement
Annual performance and merit review
Must be highly proficient in data entry as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
