Fred Beans is now hiring an Administrative Assistant for our brand new, state of the art Lincoln dealership in Doylestown, PA! We're growing and looking to expand our award-winning team! Work with one of the largest and most successful automotive groups in PA.
Part time hours : A few week nights 4pm -7pm and Saturdays 8am-5pm

This position provides administrative support to the sales department including processing paperwork and some light phone work.
What You'll Do
Make Follow Up Calls to Customers
Assist with Customer Satisfaction Calls
Assist with Sales in preparation of appointments and deliveries
