Our client is in need of administrative coordinators to support their fleet services department. This position is temporary to start but may have the possibility to become a permanent role. Below are some details about the position

Communicate effectively with the Fleet Technicians
Develop knowledge in the Exhibit Force, Customer Gateway, Zoho CRM, and Project Systems
Effectively work and support clients, Fleet Manager or Supervisor, Fleet Services
Including Fleet Orders, Customer Gateway, Zoho CRM project creation, fulfillment work orders, quality check, delivery tracking, return tracking, resolve return issues, return inspection quality check
Ensure the utmost accuracy and timely delivery of assigned tasks * Manage multiple orders per day
Directly communicate with Account Directors, Account Managers, Fleet Manager or Supervisor, Fleet Services & clients on project status and issues that need resolution
Keep fully informed on assigned Fleet Orders
Prepare basic written documentation
Other duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager or Supervisor, Fleet Services
Strong working relationship with organizations like FedEx, UPS, Purolator

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
