Excellent opportunity for a candidate to assist in the professional, administrative, and analytical work necessary to promote the planning, operation, and implementation of community-oriented programs designed to address the needs of community residents. Monitors classes, secures qualified instructors and substitute for instructors when needed. Other duties as required.
Requirements:
This position requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a BachelorÆs Degree.
One (1) year of experience in the development of programs designed to meets the needs of residents of the state and/or local communities. This experience shall include responsibility for research and/or writing proposals for community service programs. Note: A MasterÆs Degree with a concentration in the field of human or social services may be substituted for the required experience. Please refer to the link below for more detailed information.

Residency Requirements: In accordance with the New Jersey First Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (L. 2011, Chapter 70), effective September 1, 2011 all employees must reside in the State of New Jersey unless exempted under the law. If you do not live in New Jersey, you have one year after you begin employment to relocate your residence to New Jersey. Employees who fail to meet the residency requirements or obtain an exemption will be removed from employment.
