Assist store operations manager in reviewing store P & L and asset performance to budget accountability.Key Essential ResponsibilitiesA minimum of 75% of time spent selling and promoting all products and services to retail customers.Maintains positive customer relations through developing and monitoring of associates customer service skills, personal sales, and effective handling of customer complaints.Promote positive sales trends through effective training and motivation of team.Effectively execute administration duties including proper company documentation.Personnel Management including training, scheduling and direction of work activity.
