Growing BDC Department is in need of responsible, phone and sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include:
Field inbound phone calls daily;
Make a minimum amount inbound/outbound calls per day
Generate sales appointments
Record ALL customer interaction/activities in our CRM database
Effectively manage special tasks as assigned by management
Meet both individual and team goals. Ex. Hourly, Monthly, and annual goals
Requirements:
Experience desired; previous BDC, customer service, or sales experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent customer service skill
Pleasant phone persona
Computer literate
Team-Orientated
Able to multi-task
