Fred Beans is now hiring a Sales Manager in Doylestown, PA! We're growing and looking to expand our award-winning team! Work with one of the largest and most successful automotive groups in PA.

Day to day responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited, to the following;
Assist in managing new vehicle inventory a maximum 60 û day supply
Work with the General Manager to set a monthly forecast for total new and used vehicle sales
Assist General Manager with advertising and promotion to sell new and used vehicles
Manage showroom activity; run the desk, appraise trades, desk deals
Assist General Manager with 100% call backs of unsold ups
Review unsold ups, traffic and follow up with salespeople daily. Share duties with other manager

Skill necessary to be successful in this role include the following;
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Current valid driver's license with good driving history
Professional appearance and ability to communicate professionally with customers, co-workers and management
Strong background in sales
Ability to set and achieve sales goals
Strong organizational and time management skills
