The Position
The position is responsible for driving development of dashboard, reporting and analytics for Supply Chain in NAO with a collaboration with the initiatives from Global Analytics.
The position is responsible for:

Managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain dashboards and reports tailored for regional needs
Liaising and collaborating closely with the global data & analytics team, IT suppliers and GBS
Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements from regional stakeholders to guide data & analytics initiatives
Leading local data gathering efforts, with a focus on data from wholesalers and other regional-specific sources
Driving the continuous enhancement of regional data & analytics processes and solutions
Promoting a data-driven decision-making culture within the regional supply chain organization


Relationships
Reports to the Director NAO Supply Chain Development. There are no positions reporting into this role. Position regularly interacts with senior leadership across Global Supply Chain Analytics and the entire NAO Organization. Maintains relations with Global Supply Chain Analytics Stakeholders, NAO Supply Chain Organization and corresponding roles in IO and the regions within IO.

Essential Functions

Business Requirements Analysis

Engage closely with NAO stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
Translate gathered requirements into implementable digital requirements specifications
Prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility
Communicate and validate requirements with IT suppliers and GBS for implementation
Dashboard and Reporting Development & Maintenance
Collaborate with IT suppliers and GBS to design, develop, and deploy region-specific dashboards and reports
Ensure data accuracy and the consistent performance of dashboards and reports
Regularly review and refine dashboards to stay aligned with regional needs
Organize training sessions to maximize user engagement and understanding of dashboards

Data Gathering & Management

Build relationships with local data providers, especially wholesalers
Standardize and streamline the data collection process to ensure timely and accurate data capture
Collaborate with GBS for data validation, cleaning, and storage in adherence to global policies
Promote Data-Driven Mindset the NAO Supply Chain Organization
Engage with teamsÆ data driven decision making
Integrate data insights into performance meetings and other management processes
Conduct training for data interpretation in supply chain tasks
Share successes from data-driven decisions to highlight benefits



Physical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required.

Qualifications

At least a bachelorÆs degree within Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Minimum of 7 years of data & analytical experience with a BachelorÆs degree, minimum of 5 years of with a MasterÆs degree
Proven passion for generating insights from data to enable insight driven decisions
Comfort for driving data implementation projects, with a broad stakeholder landscape
Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI
Bring a curious and challenging mindset as we enjoy exercising our continuous improvement genes
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills on all levels in the organization
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
