The office hours at the GEICO Bucks County office are:
Monday-Thursday 10:00am-8:00pm
Friday-Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm

Responsibilities
Call highly interested potential clients
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Efficiently handle customer needs and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
Assist the Marketing Manager as needed
Market the office by networking within the community
Help with various administrative tasks
Requirements
Must possess a PA Personal Lines or Property and Casualty Insurance License
Prior customer service/sales experience
A high energy personality and a love of working with people
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
The aptitude to learn quickly
The ability to work various hours throughout the week to meet business needs including evenings and weekends
Prefer bilingual in Spanish or Russian
