Staffing Coordinator Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced office. Must have strong communication skills and be motivated and determined to grow our office. We are looking for a team player who can work well with others and independently. Maintain an excellent rapport with our field workers and build relationships with our clients and HMO contracts.
Staffing /Scheduling Caregivers with/to Assigned Patients
Document all notes in software based system
Calling caregivers/patients to verify attendance
Report and document any incidents to Management
Maintain accurate schedule data in the software based system
Follow guidelines and compliance implemented by Best Home Care
Motivated to resolve and manage any tasks necessary to resolve matters related to patients and/or caregivers
Keeps schedules up to date with team member changes and communicates any changes in schedules including weekend coverage, holiday coverage and all vacation coverage;
Demonstrates excellent customer service through telephone etiquette and timely response to emails/correspondences
Performs other duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
