Mon Cheri Bridals, LLC, a leading wedding dress and special occasion dress manufacturer, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to build sustainable relationships and trust with our independent specialty retailers through open and interactive communication. We are looking to add experienced, energized, and enthusiastic new team members who like the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at Mon Cheri Bridals, you must be pleasant and professional with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently.
You must display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, and the ability to interact effectively with both customers and co-workers, and our outside sales team.
2 to 3 years Call Center or Fashion Retail experience
Spanish speaking a significant plus
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Comfortable with technology
Must demonstrate good judgment with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
NetSuite experience is a plus
Compensation based on experience
Responsibilities
Answers incoming customer calls regarding new and existing orders, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
