What you will be doing
Serve customers by providing world class customer service and resolving product and service problems via phone and email.
Capture required data and process through appropriate systems
Collaborate with other departments to ensure speedy issue resolutions
Help in the resolution of issues with products or services by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Contribute to the organizational success of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Ability to communicate with customers via phone and email, and provide excellent customer service, even if it means going the extra mile
Data entry experience
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to meet deadlines with a positive approach
Ability to work independently and be a team player
