Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
NOW OFFERING A $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! ($500 paid on a quarterly basis)
POSITION PURPOSE: To establish and maintain a dependable relationship with new and current customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and process incoming calls
Process customer orders upon receipt; advise customer of any issues concerning the order (i.e. verifying shipping methods and availability of product)
Provide quotes for new and/or established customers
Invoicing/Billing: process and handle inquiries for customers
Inventory tracking
Perform related duties as assigned and assist other department personnel when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: HS diploma or equivalent. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Experience Required:

Customer Service experience is preferred
Must have experience with and be proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and order entry system computer programs.

Skills/Abilities:

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility are required
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks under pressure

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are largely typical for an office environment
Quality Standards: Must maintain a clean and safe work area. Must comply with plant GMP.
Safety: Maintain proper safety standards according to established Double H policies. Proper use of all safety equipment (i.e., proper use of personal protective gear including gloves and safety glasses).
