Job Details for Claims Assistant:

Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Pay: $16-$17/hr Depending on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Claims Assistant:

Data entry
Read System comments and provide information and helpful customer service to claimants
process incoming claims hard copy and electronic mail
set up new losses in claim system and assign adjuster and appraiser using rotation system
maintain the incoming and outgoing claims check process

Job Requirements for Contact Customer Service Representative:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
