Hello, Accounts Payable Specialists!
My client, who has provided engineering services to the composites industry since 1970, is seeking an Accounts, Payable Specialist to join their team in Horsham, PA!
This Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for:
Reconciling, verifying, and posting all accounts payable transactions (300-350 a month)
Bi-monthly check runs (20 checks on average)
Paying vendors on time
Communicating with PMs on subcontracts statuses
Communicating job cost information to PMs and Scheduling
Approving vendors in the quality system
Assisting in compiling data for KPI tracking
The AP Specialist will also be cross-trained to support the administrative assistant and purchasing specialist as necessary.
Main responsibilities of the job and the estimated percentage of time that will be spent on each:
1. Accounts Payable - 70%
2. Timecard entry and payroll - 20%
3. Administrative and Purchasing Support - 10% Qualifications:
Deltek Costpoint OR similar Engineering/Construction/Government contractor software (Experience doing AP and Time Card entry)
Engineering/Construction/Government Contractor Industry experience
2+ years of Accounts Payable invoice processing experience
Excel (Ability to navigate spreadsheets and input data) Experience Level:
